Welcome

Ash Wednesday Mass

8:30 am and 6:00 pm

The Lenten season begins Wednesday, Feb. 18 with Ash Wednesday. Anyone can receive ashes on their forehead at church as a sign of repentance and turning toward God. Catholics abstain from  meat on Ash Wednesday and all Fridays during Lent, and fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday.  Through prayer, fasting, and charitable works (almsgiving), we draw closer to God and remember  Jesus’ sacrifice for us.
