Life Line Screening Coming to St. John's in October

St. John's is having a drawing for a FREE Life Line screening! To enter, pick up an entry form on the table in the front entry, fill it out, and put it into the box on the table.

Life Line Screening, a leading provider of preventive health screenings, will come to St. John's on Monday, October 28, 2019 from 7am-5:30pm. Ultrasound screenings to identify risk factors for cardiovascular disease include:

Carotid Artery (plaque buildup-a leading cause of stroke)

Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (an enlargement or weak area in the main blood vessel that carries blood from the heart to the rest of the body)

Peripheral Arterial Disease (hardening of the arteries in the legs)

Heart Rhythm Screening (an EKG to detect Atrial Fibrillation-irregular heartbeat)

Osteoporosis Risk Assessment for men and women. Being proactive about your health by knowing your risks helps you and your doctor address problems early.

These screenings are painless and non-invasive. The technology Life Line utilizes is the same found in leading hospitals, and all results are reviewed by a board-certified physician before they are sent to you, within three weeks of your screening.

You may register for a Wellness Package, which includes four vascular tests and osteoporosis from $149 ($139 with our parish member discount). All five screenings take 60-90 minutes to complete. Sign up early to pick your time!

Register online here, or call 1-888-653-6441, and receive your “Community Circle” discount and your preferred appointment. If you prefer, you can write your name on the sign-up sheet in the entry and Life Line will contact you.
